Holidays without fish in Poland are more and more a fact! I enjoy it as a great advocate of limiting violence against others (yes, including people, haha). This carrot has followed me for a long time. However, by trying several recipes from different people, I did not find such a taste that would be a point. Hence my suggestion!
- 380 g carrots
- 1 flat teaspoon of smoked salt
- 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
- 2 flat teaspoons of smoked salt
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce (light)
- 5 teaspoons of apple or rice vinegar
- 1 sheet of nori
- 1 tablespoon of flavorings
KROK PO KROKU/STEP BY STEP
Wash carrots and dry. Use carrots to create carrot ribbons. Peel carrot ribbons with 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil and a spoon of smoked salt. Heat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom). Sauté carrot for 10-15 minutes on baking paper. After that time, clean up the ribbons. Cut the nori sheet into very small pieces. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and rub the carrot ribbons. Put them in a bowl and cover with foil. Press the second bowl with water or some other weight. Grain for a minimum of 24 hours. It tastes best after 2 - 3 days.
Below is the suggestion of serving. As the same dish, snack or couch perfect for New Year's Eve!
