Unconditional holidays are governed by their laws. One of them is unfathomable level of creativity in creating traditional flavors using plants or mushrooms. Herring might not have existed for me, but I love making oyster mushrooms in a similar way. Mushrooms are one of my addictions. Their unique taste and structure in some amazing way move me. Try these oyster mushrooms that are perfect for a Christmas table.
- 400 g of oyster mushrooms
- 1-2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of table mustard
- 3 tablespoons of linseed oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 balls of allspice
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- 3-4 dried mushrooms
- a pinch of pepper
KROK PO KROKU/STEP BY STEP
Wash and wipe the oyster mushrooms. Larger pieces in half or in three parts. Preheat the oil and fry for 5-5 minutes. Slice the onion very finely. Mix the ingredients of the marinade well. Put onions, oyster mushrooms and marinade in the bowl. Mix well. Place in a jar and marinate for a minimum of 24 hours.
Serve with vodka and pickled cucumbers! And a little more festive with a good slice of herbal bread!
