Tofu cut into cubes. Preheat the oil in a pan and fry it so that it is browned on all sides. Add the smoked pepper and soy sauce / salt to taste. Set aside. Chop the onion very finely. Wash the carrot, parsley and celery from the skin if it is ugly. Rub everything on a large mesh grater or use a special robot / overlay for the blender dish. Preheat the oil in the pan. Garnish onion with English greens and leaves. Add grated vegetables and mix well. Put the lid under the lid on medium power for 5 minutes. Vegetables let water. After this time, add the rest of the ingredients beyond nori. Mix and dill for another 15 - 25 minutes, until the vegetables are completely softened. Nori cut into very small strips with a length of 1 cm or smaller. After the indicated time, salt and pepper the vegetables to taste. Put several layers of tofu, nori and vegetables in the bowl, starting with tofu. You can eat right away, but it tastes best the other day and even the third.
